Notes

'Farandole' rose (Rosa 'Farandole') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The well-branched plant stays about 28 to 31 inches tall and has leathery leaves. Its medium red blooms are fragrant and attract bees. Marie-Louise bred it in 1959.

Pairs well with Bartzella peony, Fountain grass, and Nelly Moser clematis.
