Notes
'Fire' rose (Rosa 'Fire') is a climbing shrub for trellises, archways, and pergolas. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Its golden yellow flowers have russet, pink, and orange edges and a wild rose scent. Blooms come in early to late summer and again in early to mid autumn. Bees visit the yellow stamens, and the canes can reach 10 to 12 feet.
Pairs well with Daffodil, Blue Chiffon rose of sharon, and Gladiolus.
