Notes

'First Lady A' rose (Rosa 'First Lady A') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The light yellow blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Yuji Yasuda bred it in 2010.

Pairs well with Bartzella peony, Little bluestem, and Butterfly bush.
