Notes

'Floranje' rose (Rosa 'Floranje') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The orange-red blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers, and the dark green leaves set them off well. Dr. I. Meneve bred it in 1990.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Cora Louise peony, and Gladiolus.
