Notes

'Fortuna' tulip (Tulipa 'Fortuna') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open in early to late spring and grow about 18 inches tall. Their red outer petals have ivory white edges, and the insides glow ivory white with a red band. P. Voorn bred it.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Fanal astilbe, and Little bluestem.
