Notes

'Foxley' large thyme (Thymus pulegioides 'Foxley') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, pollinator gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Pale pink flowers open from early to late summer and draw butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The evergreen leaves are fragrant, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Sundrops, and Garlic chives.
