Fragrantissimum maidenhair fern

Notes

'Fragrantissimum' maidenhair fern (Adiantum raddianum 'Fragrantissimum') is a fern for containers, shade gardens, and houseplant collections. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade. The lightly aromatic fronds are pale green and darken with age. They arch on black stalks and can grow up to 24 inches long. Keep the soil from getting water-logged, and protect the plant from frost.

Pairs well with Mondo grass, False shamrock, and White bigleaf hydrangea.
