'Frilly' rose (Rosa 'Frilly') is a shrub for specimen planting and informal hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The red flowers are double, ruffled, and lightly cupped, with a soft apple-like fragrance. It blooms from early to late summer and again in early to mid autumn. Brad Jalbert of Select Roses bred it.
Pairs well with Columbine, Daffodil, and Casa Blanca lily.
