Notes

'Fringe Festival' coneflower (Echinacea 'Fringe Festival') is a perennial with dark pink blooms. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The blooms have no cone and form a shaggy mound about 16 inches high. Flowers open from summer into fall and attract bees.

Pairs well with Purrsian Blue nepeta, Blue grama, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
