Notes
'Furman' autumn sage (Salvia greggii 'Furman') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Pink flowers open in spring, summer, and autumn, and they attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. The arching stems grow 24 to 36 inches tall.
Pairs well with Fountain grass, Goldenrod, and California poppy.
