Notes

'Garz' peony (Paeonia 'Garz') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant white flowers draw bees and butterflies, and Harald Fawkner bred it. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. The single blooms open in spring and summer.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Pink Impression tulip.
