Notes
'Gavota' tulip (Tulipa 'Gavota') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms from early to late spring and grows 12 to 24 inches tall. The flowers last well in a vase, so you can cut a few for indoors.
Pairs well with Early Glory tulip, Honesty, and Apricot Beauty tulip.
