Notes

'Georgie’s Baby' peony (Paeonia 'Georgie’s Baby') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The small yellow flowers have a red overlay and open in early to late spring on one bud per stem. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. John and Dot McFarlane introduced it in 2002.

Pairs well with Paris coral bells, Jacob’s ladder, and Bottlebrush buckeye.
