Notes

'Glorious Passion' peony (Paeonia 'Glorious Passion') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Raspberry red, semi-double flowers have a subtle fragrance and attract butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Roger F. Anderson bred it, and its upright stems need no support.

Pairs well with Standing Ovation little bluestem, Fragrant Bouquet hosta, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
