Notes
'Gold-Laced Group' oxlip (Primula elatior 'Gold-Laced Group') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It blooms from early to late spring. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The leaves are evergreen, so the clumps add some color after the flowers fade.
Pairs well with Lenten rose, Siberian bugloss, and Jetfire daffodil.
