Notes
'Golden Delicious' pineapple sage (Salvia elegans 'Golden Delicious') is an annual for borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil. It forms a fragrant clump 24 to 36 inches tall and wide. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Vermillionaire cuphea, Purple top, and Fountain grass.
