Notes
'Golden Ducat' tulip (Tulipa 'Golden Ducat') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It blooms from early to late spring and stays about 10 inches tall. Its short stems suit the front of a bed, and the blooms fill a small vase well. Van Zanten Bros bred it.
Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Alexander Fleming peony, and Little bluestem.
