Notes

'Golden Ray' daffodil (Narcissus 'Golden Ray') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The bright golden yellow flowers have overlapping petals and a flared, cylindrical cup, and they attract butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Warnaar & Co bred it.

Pairs well with Foam flower, Blue fescue, Greig's tulip, and Coral Charm peony.
