Notes
Golden-rayed lily (Lilium auratum) is a bulb for borders and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant white flowers have gold striped tepals and open from early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. Keep it away from pets, since it is toxic to them.
Pairs well with Festiva Maxima peony, Monkshood, and Damask rose.
