Notes

'Golden Wings' rose (Rosa 'Golden Wings') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade, average moisture, and loamy or clay soil. Roy E. Shepherd bred it, and Bosley Nursery introduced it in 1956. The fragrant, pale yellow blooms have golden brown stamens and attract butterflies and bees.

Pairs well with Little Lime panicle hydrangea, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Nelly Moser clematis, and Lily.
