Notes

'Goldfinch' rose (Rosa 'Goldfinch') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium yellow blooms are fragrant and open in spring and again in summer. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. G. Peter Ilsink bred it in 1994.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Fountain grass, and June hosta.
