Notes

'Goldstar' rose (Rosa 'Goldstar') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The deep yellow blooms are fragrant and attract bees. They open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Cants of Colchester bred it from Yellow Pages and Dr. A. J. Verhage.

Pairs well with False indigo, Sweet pepperbush, and Lily.
