Notes
'Goody' peony (Paeonia 'Goody') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double, clear pink flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Mrs. Mary E.G. Freeborn bred it.
Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Paprika yarrow, Prairie dropseed, and Nodding onion.
