Notes

Granvia pink strawflower (Xerochrysum bracteatum) is an annual for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy soil. Deer tend to pass it by. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms. It forms a clump of gray-silver and green foliage and blooms in summer and again in autumn.

Pairs well with Purple top, Baby's breath, and Vermillionaire cuphea.
