Notes
'Green Tourmaline' peony (Paeonia 'Green Tourmaline') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, full double flowers are light green, and the color holds until petal drop. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Peter Waltz bred it.
Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Queen of Night tulip.
