Notes

'Guitare' rose (Rosa 'Guitare') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant has light green leaves and fragrant orange blooms that attract bees. It flowers in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn. Jean-Marie Gaujard bred it in 1963.

Pairs well with Spotted beebalm, Niobe clematis, and Stargazer lily.
