Notes

'Helen' rose (Rosa 'Helen') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant, medium pink flowers bloom in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn, and bees visit them. Takunori Kimura bred it in 2016. The glossy, medium green leaves make a nice backdrop for the blooms.

Pairs well with Blue star, Gaura, and Niobe clematis.
