Notes

'Hime' rose (Rosa 'Hime') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Hiroshi Hirabayashi bred it in 1999.

Pairs well with Buckeye Belle peony, Ornamental onion, and Japanese holly.
