Notes
'Hollywood' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Hollywood') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The fragrant melon blooms have orchid midribs and a gold-chartreuse throat, and they attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything. It also tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Blanket flower, Empress Wu hosta, and Limeglow creeping juniper.
