Notes

'Incrediball' hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens 'Incrediball') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its huge white flower heads may droop a little after rain. Plants bloom on new wood, so you can trim them back to the ground in winter. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Cinnamon fern, Switchgrass, Solomon's seal, and Red twig dogwood.
