Notes

'Intrigue' rose (Rosa 'Intrigue') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The mauve blooms are fragrant and open in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. William A. Warriner bred it in 1982.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Delphinium, and Little bluestem.
