Notes

'Jill Biden' tulip (Tulipa 'Jill Biden') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows about 18 inches tall and bears orange-red blooms from early to late spring. The long bloom season makes it a good pick for bouquets.
