Notes

'Juan Tapia' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Juan Tapia') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. It bears fragrant, golden yellow flowers in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Rabbits tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Royal Standard hosta, Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea, and Picture tulip.
