Notes

'Julia' coneflower (Echinacea 'Julia') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Tangerine orange petals surround a deep copper cone from early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Clustered bellflower, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Nodding onion.
