Notes
'Julius Caesar' tulip (Tulipa 'Julius Caesar') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows about 16 inches tall and blooms red in early to late spring. The leaves are mottled, and D.W. Lefeber & Co. bred it.
