Notes

'Kaleidoscope' rose (Rosa 'Kaleidoscope') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant mauve blooms appear in late spring, again in early to late summer, and in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. John K. Walden bred it in 1998.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Japanese forest grass, and Jackmanii clematis.
