Notes

'Kate Sheppard' rose (Rosa 'Kate Sheppard') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium pink, fragrant blooms open in late spring, again from early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. George C. Sherwood bred it in 1994.

Pairs well with Gaura, Nelly Moser clematis, and Lily.
