Notes

'Kathy Ann' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Kathy Ann') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It is a single white peony with dark green foliage. Each plant carries about 6 blooms on strong stems that reach 35 inches tall. Robert F. Schmidt bred it, and it first bloomed in 1983.

Pairs well with Pincushion flower, Sensitive fern, and Black Parrot tulip.
