Notes

'Killarney' raspberry (Rubus idaeus 'Killarney') is a fruit for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast and forms arching canes about 35 to 47 inches tall and wide. Pink and white flowers open in spring and again in summer, and they draw butterflies, bees, and birds.

Pairs well with Virginia strawberry, Victoria rhubarb, and Purple Ruffles basil.
