Notes

'King' Siberian bugloss (Brunnera macrophylla 'King') is a perennial for shade gardens, woodland settings, ground cover, and borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Blue flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The clumping plant grows 6 to 12 inches tall and spreads 12 to 18 inches.

Pairs well with Hadspen Blue hosta, Autumn crocus, and Artist tulip.
