Notes

'Kismet Red' coneflower (Echinacea 'Kismet Red') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Its fragrant flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds from early to late summer. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It is drought tolerant, so it suits dry spots.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Bee balm, and Red-hot poker.
