Notes

'Kismet Yellow' coneflower (Echinacea 'Kismet Yellow') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It is drought tolerant and has a fragrant bloom. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Red-hot poker, Bee balm, and Blue grama.
