Notes

'Kungsholm' tulip (Tulipa 'Kungsholm') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The red-pink flowers open from early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall. The outer petals are scarlet edged with nasturtium red, and the base inside is lemon yellow.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Cat's Pajamas nepeta, and Little bluestem.
