Notes

'La Beauté' daffodil (Narcissus 'La Beauté') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant blooms have a deep red corona and attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. P. van Deursen bred it.

Pairs well with Karl Rosenfield peony, Blue fescue, Greig's tulip, and Nelly Moser clematis.
