Notes

'Legacy' garlic (Allium sativum 'Legacy') is a vegetable for the food garden. It is typically grown as an annual. It is one of the more cold-hardy crops and can keep growing through light freezes with some winter protection. This plant likes full or part sun. This hardneck Rocambole type has red to pink-skinned cloves that taste spicy when fresh and mellow as they age. Plant in fall and harvest in mid to late summer.

Pairs well with Cherokee lettuce, Buffalosun F1 tomato, and Flashback Mix calendula.
