Notes

Leopard lily (Lilium pardalinum) is a perennial for borders and low-maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to moist soil of most types. The nodding red, orange, or yellow flowers have maroon spots and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It spreads by creeping bulbs to form a colony, so give it room.

Pairs well with Alum root, Silk tassel bush, and Pink honeysuckle.
