Notes

'Lexington' rose (Rosa 'Lexington') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays compact and has dark green leaves. Fragrant, medium yellow flowers open from early to late summer, and bees visit them. Olesen and Olesen bred it in 1993.

Pairs well with Limelight hydrangea, Coral Charm peony, and Switchgrass.
