Garden uses

Notes

'Limerick' tulip (Tulipa 'Limerick') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. Its red flowers open from early to late spring on stems about 16 inches tall. Plant the bulbs in groups for a bold block of color. Remarkable C.V. bred this tulip.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Many Happy Returns peony, and Indian grass.
