Notes

'Many Happy Returns' peony (Paeonia 'Many Happy Returns') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The fragrant red flowers have yellow-edged collar petals and bloom in abundance. Hollingsworth Nursery introduced it in 1986.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
