Notes

'Lippay Janos' rose (Rosa 'Lippay Janos') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Pink blend flowers are fragrant and open from early to late summer. Bees visit the blooms. Mark Gergely bred it in 2002.

Pairs well with Sarah Bernhardt peony, Sweet William, and Japanese forest grass.
